"An Act relating to services for persons with developmental                   
disabilities."                                                                 
                                                                               
and recommends it be replaced with:                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 346(HES)                                                
"An Act requiring the Department of Health and Social Services                
to establish a waiting list for state-funded services for persons with         
developmental disabilities and requiring the department to submit              
an annual report concerning the waiting list and persons with                  
developmental disabilities."
